You may not: • Copy or modify our service • Use our trademarks without permission • Reverse engineer our technology • Remove any copyright notices

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF to CSV shall not be liable for any: • Direct, indirect, or consequential damages • Loss of data or business interruption • Errors in conversion results • Service interruptions or downtime • Actions of third parties Our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including: • Violation of these Terms • Suspected fraudulent activity • Non-payment of fees • Abuse of service • Upon your request Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Francisco County, California.
